THE VILLA

This villa is furnished and decorated to a high standard, and provides living room inside and outside around the pool.

The large lounge has satellite TV and there is a separate dining area. Doors from the lounge open out onto a terrace where you can have breakfast or drinks.


The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave washing machine etc.

There is also a large outside kitchen by the pool and a covered eating area.

THE ACCOMMODATION - 4 bedrooms sleeps 7

3 bedrooms are upstairs and there is 1 bedroom with ensuite downstairs.

THE LOCATION

The villa is only a 5 minutes drive from the Arenal beach and all the bars, restaurants and shops. Benidorm is a 30 minute drive away, where you have The Terra Mitica Theme park, Mundomar with the dolphins etc and Aqualandia water park. Everything for a fantastic holiday.

BOOKINGS

The price for this holiday rental villa is £1050 per week.

Linen and towels provided (not beach towels). Extra linen is available mid holiday for 10 euros per person. Car hire can be arranged if required, at competitive rates.
