Fuengirola is a perfect holiday destination, set on a wonderful beach and with numerous options for sight-seeing, activities and family entertainment.
The apartment is located in Cerros del Aguila, a 5 minute drive from the town centre and opposite a park. You will probably spend the majority of your time in Fuengirola, but as a car is recommended, you will enjoy excursions to nearby places, or an evening meal in one of the inland villages, with their mountainous vantage points.
THE APARTMENT FOR RENTAL
The rental apartment is located with views over the mountains on one side, from the balcony you can look over the pool, Fuengirola and sea beyond.
The open plan living area is particularly well furnished and equipped, because this is the owners residence during the Winter months.
The seating area has two double sofas set around a coffee table and TV, and patio doors open out onto the balcony.
The kitchen has its own window and the white units make it feel bright and airy. It is well equipped with oven and hob, double sinks, ample work space and a serving hatch to the dining area...
... although you are likely to take most meals on the balcony, enjoying the views.

FUENGIROLA
Not a prison window you would want to jump out of!
The Aqua park will keep everyone on fully entertained - and wet - and the Fuengirola racecourse with races at least once a fortnight provides good entertainment, particularly the racing at midnight during the Summer months. The cafes and restaurants cater for all tastes, including the traditional Andalusian tapas (snacks) and sea foods, through to 'traditional' English fare.
Fuengirola is conveniently located about 25 minutes from Malaga airport, and a further 20 minutes drive brings you to Marbella. Gibraltar can be reached with about one hour and fifteen minutes away.
