Our townhouse is available for rent: 2008: Available until May 5, June 1-August 24, September 1-September 30 and from October 10 onwards. Puebla Aida
Puebla Aida is a quaint community modelled on a typical Andalusian village. Cobblestone paths lead to hidden courtyards and quiet plazas. The peaceful effect is enhanced with numerous fountains and an abundance of shrubs and flowers. There are four lovely swimming pools set in tropical gardens, with more than enough sun loungers for everyone. The nearest pool is only 30 yards from the front door of Casa Laura.
HOLIDAY RENTAL ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is set out over two floors. You enter the house on the upper level where you will find a welcoming lounge with two comfy sofas. There is a television with sky and UK channels, VCR, CD player and a radio. The dining area is adjacent, along with a fully fitted kitchen. A large balcony leads out from the lounge. This has patio furniture, a BBQ and lovely views over the golf course to the sea and mountains. A wall mounted awning offers shade when required. Stairs lead down to the bedrooms. There is a double room with fitted cupboards and a wall safe, and a twin room with fitted cupboards. An enclosed patio is accessible from both bedrooms. Ideal for afternoon siestas. The two bathrooms are fully tiled and have baths and showers.
LOCATION ON THE COSTA DEL SOL
Situated just 25 minutes from Malaga, Casa Laura is ideally situated for every holiday taste. Golf, tennis, water skiing, go-karting, riding and horse racing are all available within a 10 minute drive. There are water parks, wildlife centres, zoos, amusement parks, theme parks, nature parks and even dolphin safaris within a 15 minute drive. Fuengirola, with over 7 kilometres of safe sandy beach, is only 5 minutes drive away. There is more than enough to keep the kids happy. Day trips to Gibraltar, Morocco, Seville and Granada are easily made.
Or... you can just relax and laze by one of the lovely swimming pools.
MIJAS AND FUENGIROLA TOURIST INFORMATION
There is a collection of tourist guide brochures in Casa Laura, for the local area, restaurants and golf. We also send a full local information pack to everyone who books. There are hundreds of restaurants catering for all tastes within a 10 minute drive of Casa Laura. Whether you want a typical Spanish meal or a high class Italian feast, or anything in between, you can find it here. There are beach front bars, sports bars, discos, night clubs, tapas bars and bodegas a plenty in Fuengirola. You will never go hungry or thirsty.The climate on the Costa del Sol is one of the best in Europe, with around 300 days of sun and almost 2800 hours of sunshine per year. That means long days of beautiful blue skies, warm sunshine and glorious sunsets. April & May are very comfortable with temperatures of 23 to 26C (70 to 78F). June is the beginning of the real summer with temperatures around 28C/82F. July and August are gloriously hot at 35C/95F. September to mid October drops to 22to 25C/68 to 75F. This is truly a wonderful place to enjoy your holiday.
BOOKING INFORMATION
- Maximum occupancy 4 adults plus 1 infant.
- Bed linen is provided. Bath towels are provided, but not for use in the pool area.
- Towels and linen will be changed weekly.
- Bookings are normally from 2pm on the day of arrival to 10.30am on the day of departure.
- In the event of a cancellation, if a new booking can be found, deposits less costs will be refunded. Insurance is recommended.
- A deposit of 1/3 of the rental is required with the booking and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable deposit of £50 is payable against breakages.
- No pets or animals allowed.
- Should you have a late departure we will try to help as much as possible, subject to incoming clients.
