Villa 'Can Marc' is an impressive old farmhouse with massive stone walls, handmade terracotta tiled floors and the original wooden ceilings with gnarled uncut beams of 'sabina' pine.

LOCATION

The villa is located in a private and privileged position on a hillside with a southerly aspect between San Lorenzo and San Juan, in grounds planted with olive and almond trees that extend over 12 acres.

Remarkably, given the tranquillity of this rural setting, the villa is within walking distance of a local store - handy for provisions - and San Juan is only five minutes away. You can be at any number of beaches and wonderful 'calas' (coves) within 5 to 15 minutes.

Can Marc is 20 minutes from Ibiza town, 25 minutes from San Antonio, 5 minutes from San Juan, and 12 minutes from Santa Eulalia. The airport of Ibiza is 30 minutes away. The owner of the house will be delighted to arrange for car rental from the airport.

Priced from 3000 to 3800 Euros per week. Please enquire about availability for your dates and costing.

These rates include maid service daily (except Sundays) and include water and electricity.
