The apartment complex is home to both residents and holidaymakers and is peaceful yet only a very short distance to all that's needed for a great holiday.
Less than 100 yards away there are 2 large self-service supermarkets, so shopping doesn't need to take up too much valuable time. Similarly, banks, the main Post Office, the Health Centre (just in case) and the Catholic Church are close by. Restaurants to suit all pockets and preferences, bars and shops are all within walking distance of the apartment.
THE APARTMENT FOR RENT
The accommodation consists of a living/dining room, kitchen with utility area and a terrace. It is on the first floor with a lift and only 50 yards away from the swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron & board. Ample cutlery, crockery, glassware and kitchen utensils is provided for 4 people.

THE LOCATION
The main beach is palm tree lined with a lovely promenade all around, to serve the national pastime of taking a stroll in the cool of the evening. For a change there is another pretty small beach with lots of pine trees on the edge of the town, which is situated by the lovely Marina. The town contains ample shops to browse, many types of bars - karaoke and Irish bars to name a couple - plenty of restaurants to suit all price ranges and a couple of small nightclubs. Buses and taxis are always available in the main square by the beach.
Entertainment for children and adults alike can be found in and around the area. Aquapark, Western Park (themed water park), Go-Karts and Pirates are minutes away and Marineland is just a 10-minute drive away.
In Palma Nova just back from the main beach is a very nice Mini-golf. Palma is well worth a visit with an Arab quarter, wonderful architecture, museums and not forgetting the shopping!
