This brand new luxury second floor penthouse apartment is on of the larger properties in a small, exclusive complex with direct access to the sea. The complex has 24 hour security and is set in fabulous well kept and landscaped gardens. With its spectacular backdrop of mountains, the mixed aroma of sea and pines wafting in the air, isolated bays and beaches, idyllic walking trails and stress-free pace of life, the apartment offers a memorable holiday for people of all ages and interests.
There is an indoor heated swimming pool, fitness centre, with sauna and table tennis. Outdoors there is a large pool with waterfall, childrens pool, barbecue area, sun loungers, childrens play area, and underground parking.

Patio doors open onto a balcony with a dining table and seating for 6. A large awning provides shade and the panoramic views over the gardens and the sea are glorious.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob + oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment,kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard space for the pans, utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses. A washing machine and tumble dryer in available the basement communal laundry area.
The dining area has a dining table seating 6 and a staircase leading to the roof terrace.
PRIVATE ROOF TERRACE PATIO
A highlight of this luxury rental apartment is its privately owned roof terrace, which is accessed through a door at the top of staircase.
The roof terrace provides a wonderful setting to enjoy spectacular sunsets. Breath-taking views across the sea to the Bay of Alcudia and Formentor, the mountains, nature reserve, and the holiday complex cannot be overstated.
There is also a barbecue and a variety of comfortable patio furniture such as, settees, chairs, foot stools, tables and sun loungers with shade provided, and you are likely to spend much of your time in this area. The terrace is tiled, extremely spacious, and a real bonus to this already luxurious apartment.
APARTMENT RENTAL ACCOMMODATION
The roof terrace is a big attraction of this penthouse rental, but the living area is equally enticing, with its tiled floor, large patio doors and comfortable sofa and chairs, set around the fireplace and TV.
The kitchen includes an oven hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer and the dining area seats 6. There is also outside dining for 6 on the patio terrace that opens out from the living room. Stairs lead from the living area to the roof terrace, and is another source of sunlight that makes this penthouse apartment so inviting.

LOCATION
The holiday complex is situated in a breath-taking picturesque natural setting with landscapes of centuries-old olive trees and meadows of grazing sheep. It is adjacent to a nature reserve, and has direct access to a small bay for swimming and snorkelling.
There are numerous activities to pursue in the local vicinity, such as, snorkelling, swimming, sea fishing, walking, cycling, bird watching, sailing and golf.
Betlem and attractions in NE Mallorca
The local village is just a short stroll from the apartments and has a bar, restaurants, car hire and taxi agency.
Along the coast approximately 3 kilometres away is the marina and sea front of Colonia de St Pedro, with its great selection of shops along a tree lined promenade, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. This charming village also has a bank with cash point, church, and dive school. There are five first class golf courses locally in Pollensa, Capdepera, Canyamel, Son Severa and Pula.
The medieval town of Arta, just 15 minutes drive away inland, has plenty to keep artists and photographers occupied, as well as historians. For 'people watching', there is the pedestrianised centre lined with cafes and restaurants.
Local Markets
There are many markets locally, such as Arta, Pollensa Cala Rajada and Sineu, which provide a variety of stalls with traditional crafts, handbags, jewellery, fresh produce and livestock. The hermitage of Betlem is perched on the mountain and can be reached either by the hiking trail from the village or by a short, scenic car ride.BOOKING INFORMATION
