This delightful sunny rental apartment is named ‘Casita de la Paz’ (cottage of peace). It is literally a shells throw from the sea and provides the perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday, where the sound of the waves is the only alarm clock you’ll hear in the morning.
THE APARTMENT FOR RENT
The apartment has recently been refurbished to include many luxury features including all new windows, electric shutters and a new kitchen.
The lounge has a TV and DVD along with a selection of DVD, so it is a great place to relax in the evening (please note that there is no terrestrial TV or satellite available at the moment) and also games and books. There is also a CD player with a selection of CDs, and a radio to help keep you in touch with what’s happening around the island.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar and includes a large fridge freezer, automatic washing machine, microwave, full cooker, plus kettle, toaster, etc. There are also barbeque utensils for the BBQ on the patio.

The patio
The patio has chairs and a table, plus 2 good quality sun loungers. The small BBQ means that you can cook and eat al fresco.2 beach mats are provided, along with beach towels (which saves valuable packing space!).

Restaurants
There are sample menus in the apartment for a range of restaurants all within a few miles, and lots within walking distance. If you like seafood and fish then we’re sure you’ll like our favourite restaurant. A table just on the waters edge with a cool bottle of wine …..nothing better!Swimming
There are a number of community owned swimming pools, some with bars and snack bars that are all nearby and which you can use.Sports and activities
We are surrounded by Golf courses and there are two Tennis clubs (guests welcome for social tennis or coaching) 15 mins drive away. If you would like to try your hand at fishing there is a fishing rod in the apartment. Other activities to be enjoyed include: Windsurfing; scuba diving; horse riding; boat hire; a new bowling green; deep sea fishing; clubbing; various water sports; a Water Park; walking; mountain biking; snorkelling; sailing; cycling; and surfing...Trips Out
